His work encompasses installation, performance, sound, video, sculpture/objects, fragments of digital technology and ideas. Fanning primarily works with the re-appropriation of used, found and scavenged materials, information & ideas. Elements of chaos, control, disorder, questioning, observation and raw humanism permeates most all of his work.
