On a warm and sunny day in Brooklyn, I believe it was Mr. Justin Q. Spindler who remarked that a sweet name for a Canada spin-off band would be, well, this one. Little did he know that his dreams would soon become reality, and Ms. Mitchell and Ms. Sumerton would up their consumption of vodka cranberries and begin writing and arranging songs for two cellos. Sadly, the Broads of Canada are no more.
