Isidoro Valcárcel Medina Spanish plastic artist was born in Murcia at 1937. He went to Madrid at the age of 19 to study 'Arquitectura y Bellas Artes', but he don't finish them. At 2007, he was received the 'Premio Nacional de Artes Plásticas' of Spain.
